This is something that I had never experienced until I moved to the Texas Panhandle.  I grew up in the South, so didn't see the birds "flying south" down there. It's really neat, these are Canadian Geese, and you can hear them when they are flying over...quite loudly.

Sky

I took this last night, around 6:30pm. The grainy-ness makes the photo even more beautiful to me.  It looked like a painting as I looked at it. Reminded me of the ceilings in Las Vegas that are in some of the hotels/shops painted to look like the actual sky.
